The relationship,between a captain or chair and a club manager is critical if the club is to achieve its goals.
This requires strong club governance with all parties having clear remits and terms of reference. This usually ties in with a strategic plan or business plan.
Our events are designed to foster this relationship and allow best practice to be shared between attendees.
These events are open to the club manager along with their captain, chair or finance convenor.
